It has come to our attention that fraudulent recruitment activities are being carried out by individuals falsely claiming to represent SeroTax. These fraudsters use fake job offers and appointment letters to deceive unsuspecting candidates using our brand name and details.

Please note that any engagement with such unauthorized individuals is entirely at the candidate’s own risk. We strongly advise you not to respond to or entertain such fake job offers or communications.

SeroTax shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly through such fraudulent interactions. These fake offers must not be construed as genuine communications from SeroTax.

If you come across such incidents or receive suspicious offers or messages claiming to be from SeroTax, please report them immediately to support@serotax.com so we can take appropriate legal and administrative action.

How to Identify Fraudulent Job Offers:

• SeroTax never sends offer letters from Gmail, Yahoo, Rediffmail, Hotmail, or similar personal email accounts.
• We never charge or request payment at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Our team will never ask for your debit/credit card number, OTP, or banking credentials.

If you receive any suspicious or unauthorized job offers or interview invitations, please report them immediately to support@serotax.com. Always verify the authenticity by visiting our official website or contacting the nearest SeroTax office.
